No previous qualification is needed for this course suitable for complete beginner.
Full course cost is £430 this includes a Basic Manicure kit & Basic Hypnotic Gel Polish kit with one colour, non refundable booking fee only required upfront of £50 remaining payment of £380 to be made 2 weeks prior to your arranged training date. Other products will be available to buy on the day. Anything needed for course that is not included in kits, will be given on the day.

MANICURE DAY 1
Course Content
- Anatomy & Physiology, contraindications & contractions
- Health & Safety
- Client Communication & Work station set-up
- Correct nail plate preparation, nail shaping and care of cuticles
- Hand & Arm massage techniques
- How to perform treatments with paraffin wax and hand masks
- How to apply nail varnish in both a french finish and a colour finish
- Client aftercare information and routine
Course Format: you will be taught in a professional salon/training facility by your chosen educator, this may be a group course or a 121 schedule, this will be discussed with yourself and the educator. Theory will be covered firstly and then woven through the practical teaching throughout. You will have demonstrations of each technique followed by hands on, working on a model and yourself at various stages through the course.
Assessment: Is done throughout the day followed by a final observation of you working alone. If you don't reach competence on the day, don't worry as we can accept later case studies from you with proof that it is your own work

Assessment: There will be a short written paper, and assessment at end of day 2 using techniques from both days with your model who will be required to come at 11am. (please note if your model needs to come with you they can sit in salon and wait no problem). I will be on hand after the course to help with any questions or issues.
Model will be required on day 2 at 11am. (with nothing on their nails)
Kits are included, however there is an option to upgrade your kit - please get in touch with Desiree if you want to do this. I have also added an option to buy more gel polish at a discounted rate to help build your colours.
